A little over a month ago I decided to embark on a 60 day life reset. After all, pandemic or no pandemic, you can’t sit around until 2pm every day watching Judge Judy in your pjs. I needed to make some positive changes. Fast! So I started with a 30 day full body reset in the hopes that if I got my body in better shape, my mind would start to follow suit.

Unbelievably, another year has flown past and here I am, staring down another birthday. The big 30 is looming ever closer (it’s so close now I can practically smell the sensible underwear trying to edge its way into my closet), but this year turning another year older doesn’t feel quite so apocalyptic. I’m a dreamer. I’ve got my head firmly lodged in the clouds and I’m not afraid to dream big and take risks to make those dreams come true. But that wasn’t always the case. I used to be trapped in a 9-5 (and the rest) job that I hated, wishing I could break out of the monotony. Trust me, you have what it takes to follow your dreams, just like I did.
